🚭 Smoking

No smoking is allowed inside the cottage.
You are welcome to smoke outside on the patio or in the garden — please use the ashtrays provided.

 

🔒 Security

Although the grounds are secure, please lock the doors and close the windows when leaving the cottage.
And don’t forget to close the gates behind you to ensure safety for everyone.
 

⏰ Check‑In & Check‑Out

✅ Check‑in: 14h00 — more check‑in information will be sent on the morning of your arrival.

✅ Check‑out: 10h00 — more check‑out information will be sent on the afternoon before departure.

🧳 Early check‑in / late check‑out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

 

🛡️ Safety & Conduct

🔫 Firearms — No firearms are allowed on the premises.

💊 Substances — No drugs or illegal substances are allowed.

🕒 Quiet Hours — 10 PM – 7 AM. Please keep noise levels low and respect our neighbors.

 

🛠️ Breakages & Inventory

If you break anything, please let us know.
There is an inventory in this folder — kindly check it and notify us if anything is missing.

 

👥 Occupancy

Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of persons as stated in your reservation.

 

🐾 Pets

No pets are allowed on the premises.
🐓 Respect our free‑roaming guinea fowls and chickens — no chasing or feeding.
No visiting pets are allowed, to protect our birds.

 

🚗 Parking

Please park your car under the carport and not on the grass.

Laundry and cleaning services are available at a fee and upon request.
